Supercharger Cooling Flow Diagram

Electrical power for the charge air coolant pump is supplied from the charge air coolant pump relay in the Engine Junction Box 1 (EJB 1). When the ignition is switched on, the charge air coolant pump relay is energized and it provides power from the battery to the charge air coolant pump. Operation of the charge air coolant pump is controlled with a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
When the charge air coolant pump is running, coolant flows from the pump outlet through the supercharger charge air coolers, to the charge air radiator and back to the pump inlet.
