Rear Air Reservoir Valve Block (G2215089): Installation

  1. Install the rear air reservoir valve block.
  2. Connect the electrical connector.
  3. CAUTION: Do not reuse the Airline connectors. Always install a new Airline connector every time it is released.

    Connect the 5 Airline connectors.

    Refer to: AIRLINE CONNECTOR - (+) AIR SUSPENSION .

    Renew Part: Airline connector(s)  Quantity: 5 

    • Install the rear undershield.
    • Install the clip.
    • Install and tighten the 12 bolts.

    Torque  : 7Nm 

    • Install the undershield.
    • Install the clip.
    • Install and tighten the 9 bolts.

    Torque  : 7Nm 

  6. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT .

  7. Using Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, pressurize the air suspension system.

    Refer to: AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM DEPRESSURIZE AND PRESSURIZE .
