Electric Vehicle Battery Cooler Assembly (G2220040): Installation

  1. Install the bracket and the 2 retaining bolts.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  2. Install the electric vehicle battery cooler assembly.

    Torque  : 12Nm 

  3. Secure the wiring harness to the clip and connect the electrical connector.
  4. Secure the electric vehicle cooler support bracket.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  5. Secure the 2 electric vehicle cooler coolant hoses.
  6. Fill the electric drive cooling system.

    Refer to: ELECTRIC DRIVE COOLING SYSTEM DRAIN AND FILL .

  7. Install the lower cover.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  8. Install the 2 lower cover screws.
  9. Install the front stowage compartment.

    Refer to: FRONT STOWAGE COMPARTMENT .

  10. Install the front compartment right trim panel.

    Refer to: FRONT COMPARTMENT RIGHT TRIM PANEL .

  11. Install the front compartment left trim panel.

    Refer to: FRONT COMPARTMENT LEFT TRIM PANEL .

  12. CAUTION: Add additional 25g of PAG compressor oil (SP-A2) when charging the Air Conditioning A/C system.

    Charge the A/C refrigerant.

    Refer to: AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM RECOVERY, EVACUATION AND CHARGING .
