Electric Drive Cooler (G2220039): Installation

  1. Install the electric drive cooler.

    Torque  : 12Nm 

  2. Connect the electrical connector.
  3. Secure the 2 electric drive coolant hoses.
  4. Fill the electric drive cooling system.

    Refer to: ELECTRIC DRIVE COOLING SYSTEM DRAIN AND FILL .

  5. Install the lower cover.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  6. Install the 2 lower cover retaining screws.
  7. Install the front stowage compartment.

    Refer to: FRONT STOWAGE COMPARTMENT .

  8. Install the front compartment right trim panel.

    Refer to: FRONT COMPARTMENT RIGHT TRIM PANEL .

  9. Install the front compartment left trim panel.

    Refer to: FRONT COMPARTMENT LEFT TRIM PANEL .

  10. Install the undershield.

    Refer to: UNDERSHIELD .

  11. CAUTION: Add additional 25g of PAG compressor oil (SP-A2) when charging the Air Conditioning A/C system.

    Charge the A/C  refrigerant.

    Refer to: AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM RECOVERY, EVACUATION AND CHARGING .
