Electric Air Conditioning Compressor Low Pressure Pipe (G2226014): Installation

Install the Air Conditioning (A/C) compressor low pressure pipe.
Torque : 8Nm
Install a new O-ring seal and secure the low pressure pipe.
Renew Part: Air conditioning pipe O-ring seal(s) Quantity: 1 .

Torque : 12Nm
Connect the A/C high pressure temperature sensor.
- Install the indirect condenser.
  Torque : 10Nm
- Install a new seal and secure the A/C pipe to the rear of the indirect condenser.
  Renew Part: Air conditioning pipe O-ring seal(s) Quantity: 1 .
  
  Torque : 12Nm
Install a new O-ring seal and secure the A/C pipe.
Renew Part: Air conditioning pipe O-ring seal(s) Quantity: 1 .

Torque : 12Nm
Secure the 2 indirect condenser coolant hoses.
Install the front Electric Drive Unit (EDU).

Install the electric cooling fan.

Fill the Electric vehicle battery coolant system.
Refer to: ELECTRIC DRIVE COOLING SYSTEM DRAIN AND FILL .
Charge the A/C refrigerant.
Refer to: AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM RECOVERY, EVACUATION AND CHARGING .
