Coolant Isolation Valve (G2225332): Installation

  1. Install the coolant isolation valve.

    Torque  : 1.6Nm 

  2. Install the 3 coolant hoses to the coolant isolation valve.
    • Install the coolant hose retaining clip.
    • Install the wiring harness electrical connector.
  4. Install the 2 coolant hoses.
  5. Install the auxiliary battery tray.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  6. Install the auxiliary battery.

    Refer to: AUXILIARY BATTERY .

  7. Fill the climate control system and electric drive unit coolant system.

    Refer to: CLIMATE CONTROL COOLING SYSTEM DRAIN AND FILL .

  8. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT .
