Coolant Degas Separator (G2219250): Installation

- Install the coolant degas separator.
Torque : 7Nm
- Secure the 2 coolant hose retaining clips to the coolant degas separator assembly.
- Install the 3 coolant hoses.
- Secure the 2 wiring harness retaining clips.

CAUTION: Take extra care not to damage the wiring harness.
- Install the wiring harness retaining clip to the front compartment cross brace.
- Install the front compartment cross brace.
Torque : 110Nm
- Install the cowl panel.

- Using Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, fill the climate control system and Electric Drive Unit (EDU) cooling system.

Power Up the High Voltage (HV) system. Only technicians qualified to EVAP level are allowed to perform this procedure . It is mandated that all technicians involved with the steps in this procedure have read and understood the Electric Vehicle Safety Rules.
