Climate Control Coolant Pump (G2224022): Removal

Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
Refer to: JACKING AND LIFTING .
Remove the front right wheel and tire.
Refer to: WHEEL AND TIRE .
Drain the climate control system and electric drive unit coolant system.
Refer to: CLIMATE CONTROL COOLING SYSTEM DRAIN AND FILL .
Remove the front compartment right side trim panel.
Refer to: FRONT COMPARTMENT RIGHT TRIM PANEL .

Release the 2 coolant hoses.

Remove the right side air duct.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the climate control system coolant pump.
