Climate Control Coolant Pump (G2224022): Installation

  1. Install the climate control system coolant pump.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  2. Install the electrical connector to the climate control system coolant pump.
  3. Install the right side air duct.
  4. Secure the 2 coolant hoses to the climate control system coolant pump.
  5. Install the front compartment right side trim panel.

    Refer to: FRONT COMPARTMENT RIGHT TRIM PANEL .

  6. Fill the climate control system and electric drive unit coolant system.

    Refer to: CLIMATE CONTROL COOLING SYSTEM DRAIN AND FILL .

  7. Install the front right wheel and tire.

    Refer to: WHEEL AND TIRE .
