The duct air temperature sensors are located in the air distribution ducts from the climate control assembly. The duct air temperature sensors are installed in the following air distribution ducts:
- Front center left and right face vent ducts.
- Front left and right footwell vent ducts.
- Rear left and right face vent ducts.
- Rear left and right footwell vent ducts.
The duct air temperature sensors are the Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) resistor type. The duct air temperature sensors are hardwired to the HVAC control module by a 2 pin connector through the wiring harness. The 2 pin connector has the following electrical connections:
- A 5V supply from the HVAC.
- A ground connection to the HVAC.
