Rear Bumper[G2202024]: Installation

NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
- Install the rear bumper reflectors.
- Install and tighten the 2 screws.
NOTE: Make sure that the sensor is correctly located to the bracket. Audible clicks will be heard to confirm connection.
- Install the 4 parking aid sensors.
- Install the 2 park assist sensors.
- Install the hands-free tailgate sensor assemblies.
- Install and tighten the 6 screws.
NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
- Install the rear bumper harness.
- Connect the 8 electrical connectors.
- Secure the rear bumper harness at all clips.
NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
- With assistance, install the rear bumper.
- Secure the rear bumper on the both sides.
Install and tighten the rear bumper 3 lower bolts.
- Install the air deflector.
- Install and tighten the 6 bolts.
- Secure the bumper harness at 4 clips.
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
NOTE: Repeat the step for the other side.
- Install and tighten the rear bumper 3 outside screws at the wheel arch liner.
- Install and tighten the rear bumper lower outside bolt.
- Reposition the rear section of the wheel arch liners.
- Install and tighten the 8 bolts.
- Install and tighten the 2 screws.
- Install the 2 moldings at wheel arch liners.
- Install and tighten the 6 screws.
NOTE: Repeat the step for the other side.

Install the rear wheel and tire.

Lower the vehicle.
- Install and tighten the rear bumper 2 upper bolts.
- Install the rear bumper 6 upper fasteners.
NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.

Install the upper moldings.
NOTE: Repeat the step for the other side.
- Install the quarter panel finisher.
- Install the 3 clips.
- Install the tailgate weatherstrip.
