Front Armature [G2202025]: Installation

With assistance, carefully install the front armature.

- NOTE: Some deformation of the front armature may occur when torque is applied to the bolts.
  
  Install and tighten the armature bolts.
  
  Renew Part: Front end carrier to front armature bolts Quantity: 4 .
  
  Torque : 100Nm
Secure the harness at 6 clips on the right side of the front armature.
- Install the radiator lower air deflector.
- Install and tighten the 4 nuts.
- Install the 4 clips.
CAUTION: Make sure that the retaining clip is secured correctly.

Install the brake cooling duct 4 clips on both sides.
- Install the active grille air shutter.
- Install and tighten the 4 screws.
- Install the 2 clips.
- Secure the harness at 2 clips.
- Connect the electrical connector.
CAUTION: Take extra care not to damage the wiring harnesses.
- Install the Centre air deflector.
- Install the 8 clips.
- Install the horn assembly.
- Install and tighten the nut.
  Torque : 8Nm
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the exterior synthetic sounder.
- Install and tighten the 2 nuts.
  Torque : 9Nm
- Connect the electrical connector.
With assistance, install the front bumper.
