Upper Arm (G1899815): Removal

CAUTION: Nuts and bolts must be tightened with vehicle at normal ride height

Before replacing the Upper Arm, make sure to have followed the diagnosis and testing procedure.

Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
Refer to: LIFTING
Remove the rear wheel tire.
Refer to: WHEEL AND TIRE

Using a suitable hydraulic stand, support the lower arm.
CAUTION: Discard the nuts and bolts.

Remove the upper arm.
