Electric Cooling Fan And Shroud (G2244103): Installation

NOTE: This step is only required if previously removed.
- Install the wiring harness.
- Secure the 4 clips.
- Install the electric cooling fan shroud to the cooling module.
- Secure the 4 clips.
- Secure the electric coolant pump to the bracket.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 7 Nm
- Connect the electric coolant pump hose to the cooling module.
- Secure the coolant hose with the clip.
Connect the electric coolant pump electrical connector.
Connect the lower coolant hose to the cooling module.
- Connect the right lower coolant hose.
- Secure coolant hose with the 2 clips.
Secure the 4 coolant hoses to the cooling module assembly.
Connect the electric coolant pump electrical connector.
Connect the electric cooling fan electrical connector.
- Install the 2 secondary radiator support brackets.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 9 Nm
- Install the 2 main radiator support brackets.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 9 Nm
- Install the intake air duct.
- Install the 4 fasteners.
NOTE: If equipped.

Connect the upper bypass hose from the cooling module.
Install the air filter outlet pipe T-connector.

Install the left air filter housing.
Refer to: LEFT AIR FILTER HOUSING
Install the right air filter housing.
Refer to: RIGHT AIR FILTER HOUSING
Fill the cooling system.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
