Left Engine Mount (G2271575): Removal

NOTE:

- Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
- Remove the left engine mount nut.
- Remove the 2 left engine mount bolts.
- Remove the right engine mount nut.
- Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

- Remove the engine undershield.

- Remove the automatic transmission fluid cooler bolt.
- Reposition the automatic transmission fluid cooler.
- Remove the 2 bracket bolts.
- Remove the bracket.
Release the accessory drive belt.
- Release the wiring harness clip.
- Disconnect the Air Conditioning (A/C) compressor electrical connector.

CAUTION: Make sure that there is no tension on the Air Conditioning (A/C) pipes when the A/C compressor bolts are removed. Use suitable equipment to support the A/C compressor.
- Remove the 3 bolts.
- Reposition and support the Air Conditioning (A/C) compressor.
With a suitable tool, raise and support the engine to allow mount removal.
General Equipment: Engine hoist (1 tonne minimum capacity)

Remove the left engine mount.
