Startup Battery

The startup battery is located at the loadspace in the spare wheel well. The startup battery is secured in position with a clamp plate and a bolt assembly.
There are two type of startup battery available for this vehicle:
- The H7 80 Ah, 800 CCA Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) battery.
- The H8 90 Ah, 850 CCA Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) battery.
The startup battery type depends on the engine derivative, market and addition features.
The startup battery negative terminal has the BMS located on it. The startup battery positive terminal connector contains the megafuse and connects to the BJB.
