Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump (G2497454): Installation

  1. Install the charge air cooler coolant pump to the bracket.
    • Install the charge air cooler coolant pump.
    • Connect the coolant hose to the charge air cooler coolant pump.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque  : 9 Nm 

    • Connect the coolant hose to the charge air cooler coolant pump.
    • Connect the electrical connector to the charge air cooler coolant pump.
  4. Install the front bumper.

    Refer to: FRONT BUMPER - INGENIUM I4 2.0L DIESEL AJ21/INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL/INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL - PHEV/INGENIUM I6 3.0L DIESEL/INGENIUM I6 3.0L PETROL .

  5. Fill the engine cooling system with the correct amount of coolant fluid.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING  .
