Oil Pump Drive Chain - Vehicles With: PHEV (G2756533): Installation

  1. NOTE: Make sure the groove on the gear and oil pump shaft are aligned.

    Install the oil pump drive chain with the gear.

    • Install the special tool.

      Special Tool(s): 205-053 

    • Hold against the oil pump gear and install the new bolt.

      Renew Part: Oil pump gear bolt Quantity: 1 . 

      Torque 

      1. Stage 1: 30 Nm 
      2. Stage 2: 70° 
    • Remove the special tool.
  3. Install the oil pan.

    Refer to: OIL PAN - AWD (G2498224) 

  4. Connect the 12V system.

    Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
