Secondary Bulkhead Center Panel - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol (G2113056): Installation

  1. Install the secondary bulkhead center panel.

    Torque  : 10 Nm 

  2. CAUTION: To avoid damage carefully install the noise, vibration and harshness material.

    Install the noise, vibration and harshness material and the 7 nuts.

  3. Install the wiring harness clip.
  4. Install the brake vacuum pipe.
    • Install the engine wiring harness.
    • Connect the electrical connectors.
  6. Install the engine cover.

    Refer to: ENGINE COVER - INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL .

  7. Install the cowl panel.

    Refer to: COWL PANEL .

  8. Install the 2 retaining nuts.
  9. Install the engine undershield.

    Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD .

  10. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS .
