Secondary Bulkhead Center Panel - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel (G1893371): Installation

    • Install the secondary bulkhead center panel.
    • Install the coolant pipe grommet.
    • Install the 2 adhesive strips to the mating surface.
    • Install and tighten the 5 bolts.

      Torque  : 10 Nm 

  1. CAUTION: To avoid damage carefully install the noise, vibration and harshness material.
    • Install the Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) material.
    • Install and tighten the 7 nuts.
  2. Install and tighten the 2 lower NVH material nuts.
    • Reposition the brake vacuum pipe into the correct position.
    • Install the brake vacuum pipe grommet.
    • Secure the wiring harness with the clip.
    • Install the ground cable.
    • Install and tighten the nut.

      Torque  : 8 Nm 

    • Reposition the wiring harness into the correct position.
    • Secure the wiring harness with the clip.
    • Install the wiring harness grommet.
    • Connect the electrical connector.
  3. NOTE: If equipped.
    • Install the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) filler onto the bracket.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque  : 8 Nm 

  4. Secure the electrical connector with the clip.
    • Secure the wiring harness with the clip.
    • Install and tighten the electrical connector bolt.

      Torque  : 5 Nm 

  5. Install the cowl panel.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS .

  6. Install the engine undershield.

    Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD .

  7. Install the engine cover.

    Refer to: ENGINE COVER - INGENIUM I4 2.0L DIESEL .

  8. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS .
