Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

    Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect (General Procedures).

  2. WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

    Raise and support the vehicle.

  3. Refer to: Cooling System Partial Draining, Filling and Bleeding (General Procedures).
  4. Refer to: Supercharger (Removal and Installation).

    • Be prepared to collect escaping oil.
    • Be prepared to collect escaping coolant.

    • Make sure that these components are installed to the noted removal position.

    NOTE: Discard the gasket.
