Air Suspension Compressor (G2909359): Installation
- CAUTION: Do not reuse the air line connector. Always install a new air line connector every time it is released.
Connect the new air line adapter to the air suspension compressor expansion chamber.
Refer to: AIR LINE CONNECTOR
Renew Part: Air line connector(s) Quantity: 1.
Torque : 3.5 Nm

CAUTION: Make sure all drilling debris is removed before assembling the components.
Clean and inspect the seals.
- Use new rivets measuring 4 x 12 mm to install the air suspension compressor expansion chamber.
- CAUTION: Do not reuse the air line connector. Always install a new air line connector every time it is released.
Connect the inner air line.
Refer to: AIR LINE CONNECTOR
Renew Part: Air line connector(s) Quantity: 1.
Torque : 3.5 Nm
- Use new rivets measuring 4 x 12 mm to install the inner cover.

- Install the inner assembly to the outer assembly.
- Install the NVH material.
- Use new rivets measuring 4x12 mm to install the outer cover.
- Install the air suspension compressor to the vehicle.
Torque : 10.5 Nm
- CAUTION: Do not reuse the air line connector. Always install a new air line connector every time it is released.
Connect the outer air line.

Renew Part: Air line connector(s) Quantity: 1.
Torque : 3.5 Nm
- Connect the wiring harness.
- Install the loadspace stowage tray.
- Install the loadspace floor panel.
