Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. CAUTION: Make sure that the component is correctly located on the dowel.
    G11306809
    • Install the crankshaft pulley.

      Special Tool(s):  JLR-303-1630

    • Install the special tool.
  2. CAUTION: Tighten the bolts in a diagonal sequence, install new bolts.

    Install the 4 crankshaft pulley retaining bolts.

    Torque Specifications: 

    Stage 1: 37 Nm 

    Stage 2: 90° 

  3. Remove the crankshaft pulley special tool.
  4. Install the accessory drive belt.

    Refer to: Accessory Drive Belt .

  5. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect .
