Rear Bumper - SPORTBRAKE : Installation

1. NOTE: Repeat the step for the other side.

   Install the hands-free tailgate module.

2. NOTE: Repeat the step for the other side.
   • Install the hands-free tailgate lower sensor assembly.
   • Connect the electrical connector.
3. NOTE: Repeat the step for the other side.
   • Install the hands-free tailgate upper sensor assembly.
   • Connect the electrical connector.
4. CAUTION: Take extra care not to damage the clips.

   Install the rear parking aid sensors.

5. • Connect the 8 electrical connectors.
   • Install the rear bumper harness.
6. CAUTION:

   • Make sure to protect the paintwork.
   • Take extra care not to damage the clips.
   • With assistance, install the rear bumper.
   • Position the rear bumper on the both sides.
7. Install and tighten the rear bumper 2 upper bolts.

   Torque  : 7 Nm 

8. NOTE: Repeat the step for the other side.
   • Install the tailgate trim finisher.
   • Install the tailgate weatherstrip.
9. Install and tighten the rear bumper 2 lower bolts.

   Torque  : 7 Nm 

10. NOTE: Right side only.
    • Install the electrical connector onto the rear bumper bracket.
    • Connect the electrical connector.
11. NOTE: Repeat the step for the other side.

    Install and tighten the rear bumper outside screw.

12. NOTE: Repeat the step for the other side.
    • Install the rear wheel arch liner.
    • Tighten the 4 screws.
13. NOTE: Repeat the procedure for the other side.

Install the rear wheels and tires.
