Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel (G2217803]: Removal
NOTE:
- This procedure contains some variation in the illustrations depending on the vehicle specification, but the essential information is always correct.
- This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.
- Remove the driver side face vent.
Refer to: DRIVER SIDE VENT .
- Carefully release the 6 clips.
- Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors.
- Remove the center console trim panel.
Remove the 4 screws.

CAUTION: Make sure to support the component while removing the retaining screws. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the component.
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Disconnect the 4 electrical connectors.
- Release the diagnostic connector.
- Remove the instrument panel lower trim panel.

NOTE: Only do the following step(s) if a new component is to be installed.
- Remove the 4 screws.
- Remove the Electric Park Brake (EPB) switch.
