Air Suspension Compressor (G2207034): Installation

Remove all drilling debris.
Connect the wiring harness.
Install the 3 mounting bolts.
CAUTION: Do not reuse the Airline connector. Always install a new Airline connector every time it is released.

Connect the inner Airline connector.

Refer to: AIRLINE CONNECTOR - (+) AIR SUSPENSION .

Renew Part: Airline connector(s) Quantity: 1 .
Using new rivets measuring 4 x 12 mm, install the air suspension compressor unit inner cover.
- Install the inner assembly to the outer assembly.
- Install the Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) material.
Using new rivets measuring 4 x 12 mm, install the suspension air supply unit outer cover.
- Install the air suspension compressor assembly.
- Install and tighten the 4 nuts.
Torque : 10Nm
CAUTION: Do not reuse the Airline connector. Always install a new Airline connector every time it is released.
- Connect the Airline connector.
Refer to: AIRLINE CONNECTOR - (+) AIR SUSPENSION .

Renew Part: Airline connector(s) Quantity: 1
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
- Install the wiring harness clip.
- Install the loadspace liner tray.
- CAUTION: Install new retaining clips.
Install the 4 clips.

Renew Part: Clip - push on steel Quantity: 4
- Install the tire repair kit.
- Install the tow eye.
- Install the charging cable.
Install the loadspace lower trim.
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT .
Using Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, pressurize the air suspension system.
