The air suspension control is located on the Jaguar Drive Switchpack (JDS) in the floor console.
The message center displays an indicator for the currently selected suspension setting.
The system operates as follows:
- Operate the raise switch to raise the suspension level to the next selectable ride height.
- Operate the lower switch to lower the suspension level to the next selectable ride height.
NOTE:
Access height is 40 mm (1.6 in) lower than the normal ride height.
Operation of the air suspension system remains available for 1 minute after the ignition is switched off, or 30 seconds after the driver door is opened.
The driver can also ignore the system's warning signals and allow the height to change automatically. For example, accelerate to more than 80 km/h (50 mph) when the suspension is set to off road height. This will cause that the Chassis Control Module (CFICM) automatically change the ride height to normal mode.
