Transfer Case Fluid Level Check (G2011752): Check

NOTE:

This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.

Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
Refer to: LIFTING .
Remove the engine undershield.
Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD - INGENIUM I4 2.0L DIESEL/INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL/TDV6 3.0L DIESEL/V6 S/C 3.0L PETROL .

- Remove the 2 caps.
- Remove the 2 nuts.
- Remove the bracket.

- Remove the 3 bolts.
- Remove the bracket.
Position a container to collect any excessive fluid.
CAUTION: Make sure that the area around the component is clean and free of foreign material.

NOTE: Discard the fluid level/fill plug.
