Transfer Case Fluid Level Check (G2011752): Adjustment

NOTE: The upper and lower transfer case fluid sumps use the same specification transfer case fluid.

Top-up the transfer case through the upper level/filler hole with the recommended fluid, until the fluid is level with bottom of the level/filler plug hole.

Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS .
CAUTION: Make sure that a new fluid level/fill plug is installed.

NOTE: Make sure that all the component mating faces are clean.

Install the fluid level/fill plug.

Renew Part: Transfer case fill plug Quantity: 1.

Torque : 8 Nm

Install the fluid level/fill plug.

Renew Part: Transfer case fill plug Quantity: 1.

Torque : 25 Nm

- Install the bracket.
- Install the 3 bolts.
Torque : 25 Nm

- Install the bracket.
- Install the 2 nuts.
  Torque : 45 Nm
- Install the 2 caps.
Install the engine undershield.
