Front Suspension Vertical Accelerometer - Vs S/C S.0L Petrol (G2268808): Removal

CAUTION: The accelerometer is an extremely delicate component and can easily be rendered unserviceable. Never use an accelerometer which has been dropped or subjected to mistreatment of any type.

NOTE:

This procedure contains illustrations for left side components, right side components are similar.

Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT .
Remove the front wheel arch liner.
Refer to: FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - V8 S/C 5.0L PETROL .

- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove the 2 nuts.
- Remove the front suspension vertical accelerometer.
