Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (G2781643): Installation

CAUTION: Components must be install as illustrated.

- Install the fuel tank filler pipe.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 7 Nm

- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 7 Nm
- Install the 2 clamps to the fuel tank filler hose.
- Install the fuel tank filler pipe extension hose.
- Install and tighten the 2 hose clamps.
  Torque : 3.2 Nm

Connect the breather hose.
Install the rear right wheel arch liner.

CAUTION: Make sure the fuel tank has enough fuel to submerge the fuel pump pickup before connecting the battery. Failure to following this instruction could result in damage to the fuel pump.

Refill the fuel tank with the amount recovered during the fuel tank drain procedure.

Connect the 12V system.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
Bleed the fuel system.
