Fuel Pump Driver Module (G2370068): Removal

This procedure contains some variation in the illustrations depending on the vehicle specification, but the essential information is always correct.

Always follow the Petrol-Ethanol fuel system health and safety precautions when any repairs to the fuel system are done.

Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT (G2623442)
Remove the second row right seat.
Refer to: REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Tie the rear floor carpet access cover aside.

Position the fuel pump access cover aside.

- Disconnect the 3 electrical connectors.
- Disconnect the 4 fuel pipes.
- Disconnect the fuel tank breather tube.

- Remove the bolt.
- Remove the fuel pressure sensor with the fuel pipe.

Remove the locking ring.

Special Tool(s): 310-123

- Disconnect the 2 fuel pipes.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Disconnect the fuel tank breather tube.
NOTE: Note the fuel pump position before removing it.

- Remove the fuel pump.
- Remove and discard the O-ring seal.
