Fuel Pump Driver Module (G2370068): Installation

NOTE: Make sure that the fuel pump is installed to the position noted on removal.

- Install the new O-ring seal.
  Renew Part: Fuel pump O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
- Install the fuel pump.

- Connect the electrical connector.
- Connect the 2 fuel pipes.
- Connect the fuel tank breather tube.

Install the locking ring.

Special Tool(s): 310-123

- Install the fuel pressure sensor with the fuel pipe.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 10 Nm

- Connect the 4 fuel pipes.
- Connect the 3 electrical connectors.
- Connect the fuel tank breather tube.

- Reposition and install the fuel pump access cover.

Reposition the rear floor carpet access cover.
Install the second row right seat.
Refer to: REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Connect the startup battery.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT (G2623442)
Bleed the fuel system.
Refer to: FUEL SYSTEM BLEEDING (G1801385)
The FFBH must run for 10 minutes in order to remove any trapped gas in the fuel pump and fuel lines.
