Electric Cooling Fan And Shroud (G2756454): Installation

    • Install the wiring harness.
    • Install the electrical connector clip.
    • Install the 2 wiring harness clips.
  2. CAUTION: Make sure that the locating pegs are correctly installed.

    Install the electric cooling fan and shroud.

  3. NOTE: Vehicles with right auxiliary radiator.

    Install the 3 coolant hose clips.

    • Install the 7 coolant hose clips.
    • Connect the coolant hose connector.

    • Install the 4 wiring harness clips.
    • Connect the 4 electrical connectors.

    • Install the 2 upper mounting brackets.
    • Install and tighten the 8 bolts.

      Torque  : 9 Nm

    • Install the 2 upper mounting brackets.
    • Install and tighten the 4 bolts.

      Torque  : 9 Nm 

  8. CAUTION: Take extra care not to damage the component.

    • Install the breather pipe.
    • Install the 4 pipe clips.
    • Connect the 3 coolant pipe connectors.
    • Install the wiring harness clip.
    • Connect the electrical connector.

    Install the 2 dirty air ducts at the 7 clips.

    • Install the air deflector.
    • Install the 4 fasteners.
    • Install the 2 dirty air ducts at the 6 clips.
  11. Install the engine undershield.

    Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD - INGENIUM I4 2.0L DIESEL AJ21/INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL/INGENIUM I6 3.0L DIESEL/INGENIUM I6 3.0L PETROL .

  12. Fill the engine cooling system with the correct amount of coolant fluid.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING  .

  13. Connect the 12V system.

    Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT .
