Electric Coolant Pump (G2422865): Removal

Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2-post lift.
Refer to: JACKING AND LIFTING -- F-PACE/X761 .
Partially drain the engine cooling system.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING (G2497432) .
NOTE: Clamp the coolant hose to minimize coolant loss.

- Disconnect the electrical connector from the electric coolant pump.
- Disconnect the upper coolant hose from the electric coolant pump.
NOTE: Clamp the coolant hose to minimize coolant loss.

- Disconnect the lower coolant hose from the electric coolant pump.
- Reposition the clip as illustrated.
- Remove the electric coolant pump.
