Front Bumper - V8 S/C 5.0L Petrol (G2263081): Installation

NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
- Install the radiator grille.
- Install and tighten the 14 screws.
  Torque : 2.5 Nm
CAUTION: Make sure that the component is correctly located on the locating dowels.

Install the front proximity camera.
NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
- Install the 4 parking aid sensors.
- Install the 2 park assist sensors.
NOTE: Make sure that the clips are installed in the correct orientation.
- Install the front bumper harness.
- Connect the 10 electrical connectors.
Install the front bumper insulator foam.
- Install the front bumper lower grille.
- Install and tighten the 15 screws.
  Torque : 2.5 Nm
NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
- Install the washer jets with the hose assembly.
- Install and tighten the 6 screws.
  Torque : 1.5 Nm
- Install the washer jet covers.
CAUTION:
- Make sure that the vehicle paintwork is protected.
- 2 audible clicks are heard when the clips are fully located.
- With assistance, install the front bumper.
- Install and tighten the 8 outside bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm
CAUTION: Take extra care the front fender is not damaged during the wheel arch moulding installation.

NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
- Install the 7 new clips.
  Renew Part: Retaining clip(s) Quantity: 7 .
- Install the wheel arch moulding.
Install the 8 upper screws and the clip to the front bumper.
Install the 3 lower bolts to the front bumper.
Connect the washer jet hose on the right side of the front bumper.
NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.

Connect the 2 electrical connectors on the left side of the front bumper.
- Install the front section of the wheel arch liners on both sides.
- Install and tighten the 6 bolts.
- Install and tighten the 4 screws.
Install the front wheels and tires.
