Front Armature - V8 S/C 5.0L Petrol (G2263080): Installation

- With assistance, carefully install the front armature.
- Install and tighten the front armature M12 bolts.
  Renew Part: Front armature to front subframe bolt Quantity: 6 .
  
  Torque : 110 Nm
- Install and tighten the front armature M8 bolts.
  Renew Part: Radiator guard bolts Quantity: 6 .
  
  Torque : 110 Nm
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts to the front subframe.
  Renew Part: Front subframe to body bolts Quantity: 2 .
  
  Torque
  
  Stage 1: 110 Nm
  
  Stage 2: 180°
NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
- Install the auxiliary radiator duct.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
NOTE: If equipped.
- Install the Fuel Fired Booster Heater (FFBH) assembly.
- Install and tighten the 5 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm
Secure the wiring harness at 5 clips to the front armature.
- Install the radiator lower panel.
- Install the 4 fasteners.
- Install the cooling module protector.
- Install and tighten the M10 bolts.
  Torque : 45 Nm
- Install and tighten the M12 bolts.
  Torque : 90 Nm
Install the engine undershield.
- Install and tighten the 18 screws.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Install the 2 horn assemblies.
- Install and tighten the 2 nuts.
  Torque : 25 Nm
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Install the Adaptive Speed Control Module (ASCM).
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 4.1 Nm
- Secure the wiring harness at 2 clips.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the cooling module 2 side panels.
- Install the 4 fasteners.
Install the left air filter housing.

With assistance, install the front bumper.
