Coolant Expansion Tank (G2760192): Installation

Install the coolant expansion tank level sensor.
NOTE: Make sure that the locating pegs are fully seated.
- Connect the electrical connector to the coolant expansion tank level sensor.
- Connect the coolant hose to the coolant expansion tank.
- Remove the hose clamp from the coolant hose.
- Install the coolant expansion tank.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 2.8 Nm
- Secure the 5 wiring harness clips to the coolant expansion tank.
- Connect the electrical connector to the MAF sensor.
CAUTION: Take extra care not to damage the component.

Connect the 2 coolant pipe connectors to the coolant expansion tank.
- Fill the coolant expansion tank up to the upper level mark.
- Install the coolant expansion tank filler cap.
- Start the engine.
- Add coolant to maintain the level at the upper mark until a steady stream of coolant is seen returning to the tank.
- Stop the engine.
