Intake Manifold - Vehicles With: PHEV (G2756535): Installation

- Install the electric throttle new gasket.
  Renew Part: Throttle body gasket Quantity: 1 .
- Install the electric throttle.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 11.5 Nm
- Install the MAPT to the intake manifold.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 5 Nm

- Install the new 4 gaskets to the intake manifold.
  Renew Part: Intake manifold gasket Quantity: 4 .
- Install the intake manifold assembly.
- Install and tighten the 7 bolts in the sequence shown.
  Torque : 11.5 Nm
Install the coolant hose.
Install and tighten the bolt.
Torque : 8 Nm
Install the intake air duct.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the wiring harness clip.
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
- Install the 2 wiring harness clips.
- Install the coolant crossover pipe.
- Install and tighten the 3 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Connect the 3 coolant hoses.
Install the vacuum pipe.
- Install the purge valve assembly.
- Install the breather pipe.
- Connect the electrical connector.
Install the coolant hose.
- Install the coolant crossover pipe.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Connect the coolant hose.
Connect the coolant hose.
Install the breather pipe.
- Install the 2 NVH materials.
- Install the 3 clips.
Connect the 2 fuel lines.
Install the secondary bulkhead panel left inner panel.

Install the engine cover.
Refer to: ENGINE COVER - INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL .
Fill the engine cooling system with the correct amount of engine coolant.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING (G1998221) .
Connect the 12V system.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT .
