Electric Thermostat (G1824678): Installation

  1. Install the electric thermostat.
  2. Install the bolt.

    Torque: 9 Nm 

  3. Install the 2 coolant pipes.
  4. Connect the electrical connectors.
  5. Connect the 2 coolant pipes.
  6. Install the air cleaner.

    Refer to: LEFT AIR CLEANER .

  7. Install the Air cleaner outlet pipe.

    Refer to: LEFT AIR CLEANER OUTLET PIPE .

  8. Install the air cleaner pipe connector.

    Refer to: AIR CLEANER OUTLET PIPE T-CONNECTOR .

  9. Fill the cooling system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .
