Brake Disc - V8 S/C 5.0L Petrol (G2264158): Installation

CAUTION: Damaged brake disc shields must be replaced.

Clean and inspect the brake disc shield.

- Install the brake disc.
- Install and tighten the new bolt.
  Renew Part: Brake disc bolt Quantity: 1 .
  
  Torque: 10 Nm
CAUTION: Make sure that the brake hose is not twisted and is correctly routed.

- Install the brake caliper.
- Install and tighten the 2 new bolts.
  Renew Part: Brake caliper carrier bolt(s) Quantity: 2 .
  
  Torque
  
  Stage 1: 110 Nm
  
  Stage 2: 120°
NOTE: The brake pad wear sensor installed on the right side only.

- Connect the brake pad wear sensor to the brake pad.
- Secure the 2 grommets.
- Connect the Electric Park Brake (EPB) actuator electrical connector.
Install the wheel and tire assembly.

Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
Connect the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) approved diagnostic equipment and disable the EPB maintenance position.
