Charge Air Radiator (G2110297): Removal
WARNING:
Cooling fans may continue to operate after the engine is turned off. They may also start to operate after the engine is turned off and continue operating for up to 10 minutes.
CAUTION:
Be prepared to collect escaping coolant.
NOTE:

- This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.
- Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

- Partially drain the engine cooling system.
Refer to: Engine Cooling - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel, General Procedures.
- Remove the condenser.
Refer to: CONDENSER .
- Remove the air filter housing.
Refer to: AIR FILTER HOUSING .
Release the 2 coolant hoses from the charge air radiator.
Remove the charge air radiator.
