Ignition Switch (G2218833): Removal

  1. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS .

    Reposition the steering column to its lowest position.

  3. CAUTION: Use a suitable trim tool.

    Release the steering column upper trim panel.

    Release the instrument cluster trim panel.

    • Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors.
    • Remove the instrument cluster surrounding trim.

    • Release the 3 retaining clips.
    • Remove the ignition switch.
