Glove Box (G2164555): Installation

- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the glovebox.
- Install and tighten the 2 glove box inner screws.
Torque : 1.5 Nm
Install the access cover.
- Install and tighten the 4 glovebox screws.
Torque : 1.5 Nm
- Install and tighten the 2 glovebox side screws.
Torque

Upper Screw: 1.5 Nm

Lower Screw: 8 Nm
Install the instrument panel side trim.
Install the instrument panel center carrier.
- Install and tighten the 2 instrument panel center carrier screws.
Torque : 1.5 Nm
- Install and tighten the 5 instrument panel center carrier screws.
Torque : 1.5 Nm
- Install and tighten the 2 instrument panel center carrier bolts.
Torque : 8 Nm
- Connect the 12V accessory socket electrical connector.
- Install the instrument panel center trim panel.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the Transmission Control Module (TCM).
- Install and tighten the 4 TCM screws.
Torque : 4 Nm
- Connect the 3 electrical connectors.
- Install the floor console upper trim.
- Install and tighten the 2 floor console upper trim screws.
Torque : 1.5 Nm
Install the floor console rubber mat.
- Connect the ambience lighting LED electrical connector.
- Install the wiring harness clip.
- Install and tighten the instrument panel center carrier screw.
Torque : 1.5 Nm
Install the side trim panel.
Close the glovebox lid.
- Install the floor console right side trim panel.
- Install and tighten the screw.
Torque : 1.5 Nm
- Install the floor console left side trim panel.
- Install and tighten the screw.
Torque : 1.5 Nm
- Connect the 4 electrical connectors.
- Install the floor console rear surround trim.
- Install and tighten the 2 glovebox bottom screws.
Torque : 4.1 Nm
Install the instrument panel lower trim.
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
