Pinpoint Test C: Compressor Mechanical Tests

  1. C1: COMPRESSOR MECHANICAL TEST 1 
    1. Remove the primary drive belt
    2. Rotate the air conditioning compressor shaft by hand and check for smooth rotation

    Does the air conditioning compressor shaft rotate smoothly?

    • Yes  : Tests inconclusive
    • No  : Install a new air conditioning compressor
