Removal And Installation: Removal

NOTE:

All vehicles 

  1. Raise and support the vehicle using a suitable 2 post lift. Refer to: Lifting .

4WD vehicles 

  1. Remove the transmission.

    Refer to: Transmission - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol AWD  .

2WD vehicles 

  1. Remove the transmission.

    Refer to: Transmission - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol RWD  .

All vehicles 

  1. CAUTION: Be prepared to collect escaping fluids.

    Using the special tools remove the torque converter.

    Special Tool(s):  307-613
