The Thin Film Transistor (TFT) display Instrument Cluster (IC) is connected to the Body Control Module/Gateway Module (BCM/GWM) assembly via the High Speed (HS) Controller Area Network (CAN) chassis systems bus. Transmission status is transmitted by the Transmission Control Module (TCM) via FlexRay bus to the BCM/GWM assembly and displayed to the driver in one of two displays in the IC.
