Description And Operation: Overview

The control components operate the heating and ventilation system and the Air Conditioning (A/C) system to regulate the temperature, volume and distribution of air into the passenger compartment. The climate control system is configured as a dual zone system. The dual zone system supplies individual temperature levels, to the driver and passenger zones, up to a maximum differential of approximately 3°C (5.4°F).

The climate control system is controlled by the Automatic Temperature Control Module (ATCM) in response to inputs from the Integrated Control Panel (ICP), the Touch Screen (TS) and the following sensors:
