CAUTION: A suitable tool must be used during this step to avoid damage to the head restraint retaining clips.
Vehicles with heated front seats
WARNING:
- Do not probe supplemental restraint system (SRS) electrical connectors.
- The SRS electrical connectors are unique. DO NOT force, or attempt to connect electrical connectors to the wrong sockets.
NOTE: LH illustration shown, RH is similar.
Torque Specification: 7 Nm
CAUTION: Care must be taken not to damage the component.

NOTE: Remove and discard the securing tie strap.
Release the hook from the seat frame, as illustrated.
NOTE: Repeat the procedure for the other side.
Torque Specification: 35 Nm
