Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle.
    WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

  4. CAUTION: Before disconnecting or removing components, ensure the area around the joint faces and connections are clean. Plug open connections to prevent contamination.

    Torque Specification: 3.5 Nm

    Torque Specification: 4 Nm

  6. CAUTION:
    • Make sure that all openings are sealed. Use new blanking caps.
    • If brake fluid is spills on the paint work, the affected area must be immediately washed down with cold water.

    Torque Specification: 17 Nm

  7. Loosen but do not remove the 2 nuts.
